Monae was the lady at the desk that checked me in and out and she was exemplary. she went above and beyond the ordinary to see that I was taken care of. she was bright articulate and very concerned with my needs. the maintenance man was very helpful. Also, he offered to help me move if I had to change rooms which I didn’t end up having to.. all in all it was an excellent experience and I would come back again anytime or refer anyone who asked me

The front desk and housekeeping are super friendly & will assist you when they can as fast as possible.

I had a harassment issue from someone here but the office took care of it as soon as we complained about it and was very professional and took in account everything he's done and had him removed from premises

Its what you make it. Like a one room studio with all amenities. Surrounded by all things needed.

Moe and Drell are awesome and sweet they treated our family with kindness and we fill safe on the premises we wouldn't pick any other hotel

I've been here a couple months, and haven't had any major issues. A lot of the past reviews mention many things from cleanliness issues to bugs etc. But you've got to call a spade a spade. The hotels staff has been beyond welcoming, security is very kind as well. It's an extended stay hotel priced to help people out. There are people who will see that and take advantage of it. For instance people coming in tweaking through the night etc. those crowds are likely the cause of many of the issues seen. Tenants that choose to live in a dirty lifestyle are the reason for any roach issues, and are the reason for a dirty room. I can't blame any of the staff for peoples mistreatment of their property. Tenants that have been problematic have been removed from the property pretty fast, maintenance has fixed issues immediately when brought up, and as far as bugs go, I've laid out roach bait stations and haven't seen any. I also clean my unit and kitchen after use. As far as rats, I have yet to see one or any "rub marks" indicative of rodent travel. Pest control comes by, and does their thing. I'm willing to bet that tenants don't always allow the pest control technician in their rooms which makes their job near impossible (I've worked that industry). Kids are welcomed here, which is awesome for many who may be in-between places or traveling. Don't let the negative reviews steer you away, the staff has constantly been doing their best and you're likely staying here for affordability, if you expect a Ritz Carlton experience then go there, if you're looking for a place to stay or in a pinch, the inn town suites is fine and has been a blessing to have found. I look forward to continuing my time here as I save and browse apartments, and truly appreciate the entire team here!
